We offer a range of planning services, from day-of coordination to comprehensive event planning and coordinating. Our TEI team is overseen by experienced coordinators who can guide you through every stage of your planning journey.

Do you love the idea of planning your own event but are worried that you won’t be able to be present and execute all the moving parts on the day of? Our TEI team has the perfect solution! We offer a Day of Coordination package that allows you to relax and enjoy your event. A lead coordinator will be assigned to you for your special day.
Depending on timing, you will also have a set-up assistant assigned to help, ensuring we have up to 10 hours of coverage on the wedding day.
