Our TEI team is overseen by experienced coordinators who can guide you through every stage of your planning journey.

The Extra Ingredient - Event Planning Services

DAY OF COORDINATION PACKAGE

starting at $1600 

Do you love the idea of planning your own event but are worried that you won’t be able to be present and execute all the moving parts on the day of? Our TEI team has the perfect solution! We offer a Day of Coordination package that allows you to relax and enjoy your event. A lead coordinator will be assigned to you for your special day. 

Depending on timing, you will also have a set-up assistant assigned to help, ensuring we have up to 10 hours of coverage on the wedding day. 

This service includes:

  • Three, one-hour planning meetings (onsite or virtual)
  • Ten hours of on-site coordination on the day of
  • Set up of décor and personal items 
  • Setting up before the event
  • Packing assistance of all items at the end of the night
  • Vendor management and communication
  • Load in guidance 
  • Set up guidance 
  • Coordinate vendor timeline 
  • Communicate any and all changes with all vendors 
  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal 
  • Guest management 
  • Seating chart assistance
  • Special requests
  • Gift and card assistance/management 
  • Assist in the facilitation of venue ‘flip’ from
    ceremony to reception
  • Creation and management of event timeline
