The short version
Most venues hand you a room and a list of vendors. Here, the vendors are already in the building.
Four kinds of event happen here – weddings, corporate days, mitzvahs and fundraisers – and three services run underneath all of them: catering and bar, floral and décor, and planning. Pick the event and we’ll show you how the room works for it.
Up to 300 standing, up to 150 seated, no food and beverage minimum, ten consecutive hours ending by 11pm. Our culinary team also travels – off-site catering across Seattle and the Eastside.

Weddings & rehearsal dinners
Waterfront weddings on Lake Union
Ceremony on the covered patio or in the main room, dinner at rounds for up to 150, dancing once the tables clear. Rehearsal dinners bookable on their own.
Corporate events
Daytime meetings, evening receptions, off-site days
Ten consecutive hours from as early as 7 am. Catering from our culinary team, a real bar for the part after the agenda.
Bar & bat mitzvah
A service, a party, one building
Room for the whole family, a dance floor for the kids, and a culinary team on hand.
Fundraising events
Galas and auctions without the hotel markup
Up to 300 standing or 150 seated, no food and beverage minimum, and one coordinator who has run the auction paddle-raise before.

What runs underneath
Three services, all in-house, none required. Some clients book the room and the catering and bring their own planner. Some book the catering alone and never see the room.
Catering & bar
Menus built around your requests, cooked in the building. The bar is built in, with draft. Our culinary team also travels – off-site catering across Seattle and the Eastside.
Floral & décor
Designed in-house alongside your menu and floor plan, by someone who knows how tall a centrepiece can be before it blocks the water.

One coordinator from the first call to the last box out the door.

One room, every event
Whatever you’re planning, it happens in the same building: a main room with the lake in the windows, a covered patio with a gas fireplace, a built-in bar with draft, a bridal suite, coat check and a private dock.
